Why this, why now

You’re a small team wearing a lot of hats.

Over coffee we talked through where AI can quietly take work off your team’s plate — the manual business entry in Blue, the licensing checks Carla runs by hand, the reports nobody can find since marketing left, the text campaigns you can’t send without a personal cell phone. The opportunity is real. The blocker isn’t the technology.

The blocker is trust and clarity — a couple of folks worry they’ll do something wrong or leak internal files, and most people just haven’t been shown what AI can actually do for their specific job. So this proposal starts there: two hands-on trainings, each built around your real tools and your real fears, not a generic deck I’ve given to someone else.

Pick one, or run both.

They stand alone or work together — the internal training makes your team fluent, the member workshop turns that into a benefit you offer accredited businesses.

Package A — Internal Team Training
01
Intake & tailoring — before we meet

A short questionnaire goes to all seven team members so the session answers their real questions, not a generic curriculum. It captures how each person uses AI today, their fears, and their skill level — and that turns directly into the presentation.

  • Current AI use, comfort level, and specific worries per person
  • Which daily tasks each role wants to make faster
  • A quick look at your Blue / SharePoint workflows so examples are yours
02
The 3-hour session — actions & access

Hands-on and jargon-free. We cover what to give AI the ability to do (actions) and what to let it connect to (access) — using your own examples like drafting a member email into Outlook drafts, or querying business records instead of clicking through Blue.

  • Working on files the right way — file paths, not copies dumped in Downloads
  • The privacy & safety guardrails: what’s safe to share, what stays internal
  • Real BBB use cases: data entry, licensing lookups, recurring reports, member emails
03
Deliverables you keep

You walk away with more than notes — reusable material your team can lean on the next day.

  • A tailored resource guide for BBB
  • Workflow scripts / automation templates for the tasks we identify
  • A written platform recommendation (tool + seat count, mapped to your 365 roles)
Package B — Accredited-Business Workshop
04
Industry-clustered, member-facing session

Built for the small business owner — the plumber, the painter, the cafe barista — on how to use AI without changing anything they already do. Clustered by industry so nobody feels lost or bored.

  • Practical AI for a specific industry cluster you choose
  • Delivered on-site or at your venue, 3 hours with open Q&A
  • A handout / resource guide every attendee keeps
05
A benefit that makes accreditation worth more

Offering real AI training to your members is a differentiator few BBBs have. It draws businesses in and gives your sales team a warm reason to reach out.

  • Positions BBB as forward-looking to a younger generation of owners
  • Natural lead-in for your sales team after the session
  • Medical or medical-adjacent cohort, no minimum: $1,000, for 10 minutes on Health Atlas plus an opt-in attendee list
Package A — Internal Team TrainingOne 3-hour tailored session + deliverables$2,000
Package B — Accredited-Business WorkshopOne 3-hour industry session + handout · $1,000 for a medical cohort, no minimum (Health Atlas slot + opt-in list)$2,000
Both packages$4,000
No Texas sales tax — training and consulting are professional services, so these are quoted flat, nothing added at the end. Choose one package or both; the value-trade below can offset either.

Let’s talk value exchange.

You mentioned trading value rather than a straight check, and I’m genuinely open to it. A couple of directions we floated — and a box below for your own ideas.

Marketing build-out as creditWith your marketing role open, I could assess it and build out some of the automation infrastructure — then credit that work as a discount against the internal training.
Accreditation / cross-promotionAn accreditation credit, or letting me briefly introduce Health Atlas to a medical-adjacent member cohort, in exchange for a reduced rate.
Thanks — your note is on its way to David.
Timeline

How we get there

Fast and low-lift on your side — most of the work is on mine.

This week
You & Annabelle review
Pick Package A, B, or both, and drop any value-trade thoughts in the box above. No rush — take the time you need.
Week 1
Intake & tailoring
The 5-minute questionnaire goes to your team; I review your Blue / SharePoint workflows to build the session around them.
Week 2
Deliver the training
The 3-hour internal session, on-site. If you’re doing Package B, we lock a date and industry cluster for the member workshop.
After — optional
Automation build-outs
The bigger wins — automated business import (Google Places enrichment), licensing checks, text-message campaigns — scoped as follow-on work once the team is fluent.
